This is a margin comment on: Bosworth/Toller, page d0396, entry 1
This entry contains the entire contents of page 396. which contains what should be 15 separate entries (counting the partial inital entry, which is carried over from "ge-rihtan" on the previous page). In each case the line break between entries has been elided, and the boldfacing of the initial word of each entry extended back to the last word or number of the previous entry.
Thus, for example:
