In "to go by:--Bigongende" separate words from punctuation and unitalicize "Bigongende"

In "worship:--God" separate words from punctuation and unitalicize "God"

In "day:--Ealle" separate words from punctuation.
Make hyphen soft or delete in "prac-tise"
In "art:--Þæt" separate words from punctuation and unitalicize "Þæt"
For "Bl. H. 5 7, 2" read "Bl. H. 57, 2"
Delete hyphen in "þeó-fenda" or move to after "f"
In "use:--Wið" separate words from punctuation and unitalicize "Wið"
