Subject: notepad & tags (probably a stupid question)
Well, I've downloaded my first page of Cleasby & Vigfusson to correct, and opened the text file with notepad, but I can't see any tags. Also, special characters such as eth appear as themselves, rather than ampersand eth ; etc. There are no letters in italics, and no italic tags, even where these show up correctly on the pdf of the uncorrected page.
Is this right? Or should I find a different text editor?
